I was wondering if there was anyone on here who knows anything about American Criminal Law or knows someone who might?

Homicide to be exact. If so, please PM me. I need info on the difference between US 1st and 2nd degree murder & Involuntary Manslaughter. CONFUSED!!!! I study British Law - same system but also, not really

I just did a quick search on google. I'm quite confident the USA governement will be tracking my internet activities for a while after this
I found the wikipedia site on murder quite informative, especially the 'degrees' section, which fits my intuitive understandig of the degrees (all based on CSI and NCIS )

I would guess that every (democratic) country provides law texts and interpretations online. Question is where to find it (the official sources).

You're totally correct

State Law doesn't matter - It's set in Holland but using American Criminal Law. I'm actually thinking of using English Law instead as that's what I study.....Makes more sense!
